To convert your property to an airbnb

We can help you do this

Homeowners renting out rooms, or their entire abodes, to short-term renters is becoming an increasingly common alternative to vacationers staying at hotels. But the properties need to offer unique features or amenities for the property owners to maximize their earnings. On "Stay Here," designer Genevieve Gorder and real estate expert Peter Lorimer show property owners how they can turn their rentals into moneymaking showstoppers. Episodes feature a floating vacation rental that becomes a romantic waterfront retreat and a family-friendly makeover for a historic firehouse in Washington, D.C.

A reality television series which began airing on the Seven Network, Australia and now a Netflix original series. The series follows homeowners who have transformed their homes into hotels and are individually judged by each other to receive the highest scores with the winner to win an ultimate prize.

The Great Interior Design Challenge is a British television annual interior design competition first broadcast on BBC Twosince 20 January 2014.

Each series aims to find "Britain's best amateur interior designers". All programmes in the first three series have been presented by Tom Dyckhoff with the design tasks judged by Daniel Hopwood and Sophie Robinson. Interior designer Kelly Hoppen replaced Robinson as lead judge in series four, with Robinson becoming a guest judge along with Michelle Ogundehin, Elle Magazine's Decoration UK editor-in-chief.

Each episode introduces a new location with distinctive architecture and focuses on a few participants at a time. Contestants have a main challenge – usually to make-over a room in the home of their allocated client – and an additional small task – such as the upscaling of an old item.
