After staying in Airbnb’s extensively, Warren & Jayd decided to open their own. After managing their Airbnb properties for a few years, Warren & Jayd soon realised there was a demand for Professional Airbnb Management. It takes time and effort to keep guests happy, keeping the ratings high and responding quickly are essential to a successful Airbnb. The Host Management was first established in 2019 where the company started with 5 listings, Warren managed all admin, Sales and Finance of the company while Jayd ran Operations and guest relations. Today the company manages and runs over 100 listings and have expanded the team. Warren & Jayd still run their two private Airbnb listings on their property.
Founder/CEO
Warren Dawson
Warren completed a Bcom in Business Management after matriculating from Grey High School. He worked as an Events Manager in the hospitality industry since 2008 and then travelled the world working on superyachts and working his way up to becoming a First Mate onboard. This position taught him leadership and management skills which further assisted him when the company started expanding.
Warren is in the progress of becoming an estate Agency Principal which will allow the business to expand in a different direction. Warren oversees all Operations, Management & sales in the Company.

Jayd Dawson
Jayd completed her Chefs & Hospitality Diploma after Matriculating from Alexander Road High School in 2012. After graduating in 2014, Jayd starting yachting and become a junior stewardess and worked her way up to Chief Stewardess. With all this knowledge, Jayd implemented all the 7 star practises learnt over the years from the Superyacht industry. She became an expert in housekeeping and guest relations.

Jayd later on received her diploma in Interior Design and is now the Portfolio Manager for the company, setting up all new listings and marketing. Jayd also manages Once Upon a Dome.

Tanya Kloppers
Tanya is our external agent that manages and runs all our listings around Gqeberha (Blue water Bay, Sardinia Bay, Kini Bay and st Georges) Tanya also has her own Airbnb on her property that she proudly runs.
Agent for Knysna
Natalie Wood
Natalie is our external agent that manages and runs our listings in Knysna. Natalie has worked in property sales, rentals and holiday rentals since 2005. She has a selection of exceptional agents and the appreciation of ongoing support from repeat clients and the Knysna community. She owns her own company called Portfolio Properties and we proud to be able to join forces in Knysna.
