Founder and Director
Warren completed a Bcom in Business Management after matriculating from Grey High School. He worked as an Events Manager in the hospitality industry since 2008 and then travelled the world working on superyachts. After staying in Airbnb’s extensively, Warren decided to open his own. After managing his Airbnb properties for a few years, Warren realised there was a demand for Professional Airbnb Management. It takes a time and effort to keep guests happy. Keeping the ratings high and responding quickly are essential to a successful Airbnb.

Jayd van der Merwe
Founder / Operational Manager, Port Elizabeth
Jayd has worked in the hospitality industry since 2014 with 4 years on the superyachts as a stewardess and is used to offering 7 star service. She has become an expert in housekeeping and guest relations.
Jayd is known for being meticulous in the details. She always puts in 100% and is sure to go the extra mile for all our listings.
Jayd is available 24/7 to our guests.
Beverley van der Merwe
Portfolio Manager, Port Elizabeth
Beverley has a passion for hospitality with many years of running guesthouses and 5 star game lodges.
Operational Manager, Mosselbay
Nicola has worked as a stewardess for 6 years. Nicola loves people, her friendliness and a never ending willingness to give guests a great time come second nature to her.
Operational Manager, Knysna
Retha has worked in the travel industry for over 20 years and have been a airbnb host for over 3 years. She is known for her friendliness and exceptional service standard. Retha's full time job is a independent travel agent in Kynsna.
She will go out of her way to make guests feel right at home and is available 24/7.
Alistair and Sue
Operational Manager, Plettenberg Bay
Have been involved in the hospitality industry since 2017.
Alistair was involved for many years working in Southern Africa as avRetail Manager. Later settling in Polokwane, Limpopo where he also
owned and ran his own restaurant business and supermarket.
Sue studied Fine Arts and Interior Design in Durban and after moving to Botswana in 1990 and lived there for many years, working as freelance
interior designer for select clients. Later also returning to South Africa with Alistair and settling in Polokwane.
After becoming captivated by the natural beauty of Plettenberg Bay or
Plett as it is fondly referred to settled here permanently in 2017
owning and running their own successful Airbnb Guest Lodge.
Michelle van der Vee

Michelle has more than 10 years working in the most luxurious and elite 5-star lodges around South Africa, She prides herself on expectational customer service and her 'can do' attitude can turn your trip from normal to extraordinary.
Her passion for the hospitality industry shows everyday in the presentation of all the apartments she manages.
